A downloadable game for Windows and Android
Welcome to the Gate Network Astrominer! Space is a dangerous place, but if you're brave enough, and smart enough, then there's riches to be had among the stars. Each new system has untapped potential just waiting for you, but you'll need to beef up your ship and fight for it if you want the real mother lode. Good luck kid, you're gonna need it.

On a more casual note, Leap Space is my first game and the culmination of about 8 months of consistent work and improvement! It began as a group project in a game design class I was taking while unemployed during the pandemic, and I had so much fun with it that I continued developing it afterwards. If you've found your way here, I hope you enjoy the game and I would love to get your feedback if you have any. I don't know if I will ever make another game, but if I do I want to be able to improve every time!

If you want to download the game for Windows, the easiest method is the setup installer. Just run that and it will add it to your computer as a program. You can even make a desktop shortcut and everything! That said, Windows might flag it as unsafe software because I wasn't able to figure out how to sign it properly ^^'
If that makes you nervous, you can just download the zip file of the program. No installation is required here, just extract it anywhere on your computer and run the LeapSpace.exe file inside to play the game.
If you would like to play it on mobile, the android apk is available here too! Just drop that onto your phone and run it to install the app. I'm planning to have it on the android store as well, so I'll update this page with a link when I do that.
